Complete the application form (MSWord, 529kb) and return it for the attention of the Vice Chair (Operations) to info@amosshe.org.uk. Alternatively send a hard copy to the AMOSSHE National Office.

The Vice-Chair (Operations) will consider the application, and applicants will be advised of the outcome within four weeks of submitting their form

Individuals employed by an organisation that is an AMOSSHE member:

Register online, or complete the application form (MSWord 480kb) and return it to info@amosshe.org.uk Provided that your employer is a UK HEI AMOSSHE member, your application will be processed immediately. You will be invoiced directly for the additional membership fee. For AY 2012/12 the additional membership fee is £70.
