How do I join AMOSSHE?
AMOSSHE is a membership organisation for higher education providers. In order to become a member of AMOSSHE, your organisation must be a member (find out more about the benefits of joining AMOSSHE and our membership structure).
In order to join AMOSSHE, please fill in an application form and send it to us. You can apply for membership for your organisation (if it isn't a member already) or as an individual employed by a member organisation.
Joining AMOSSHE as an organisation
If your organisation isn't a member of AMOSSHE already, complete this online application form.
Alternatively, download this application form (PDF, 125 KB) and email it to email@example.com for the attention of the Vice Chair (Operations), or post a paper copy to the AMOSSHE National Office (find the address here).
In order to apply, your organisation must deliver higher education level teaching provision and have a student population of at least 50% studying in higher education.
Once you've applied, the Vice-Chair (Operations) considers your application, and AMOSSHE will advise you of the outcome within four weeks of receiving your form.
Professional affiliate membership is also available for similar organisations to AMOSSHE, for example other higher education societies. For more information about this, please contact us.
Joining AMOSSHE as an individual
If you're employed by an organisation that's an AMOSSHE member, you can apply to become an additional named member for the organisation.
Complete this online application form.
Provided that your employer is an AMOSSHE member, your application will be processed immediately. You will be invoiced directly for the additional membership fee.
