Welcome to AMOSSHE

AMOSSHE is the UK Student Services Organisation.   We inform and support the leaders of student services, and represent, advocate for, and promote the student experience.  Around 140 higher education institutions are members  of AMOSSHE. 

AMOSSHE promotes the development and sharing of good practice within student services in the HE sector at a national level.  We hold several training events throughout the year, an annual conference, provide policy briefings for members, and facilitate regional and special interest discussions.  We work closely with influential sector groups and policy makers to promote and represent our member interests.

We are delighted to announce that the Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards have introduced a category in 2010 for ‘Outstanding Student Support team’.    AMOSSHE lobbied for this award to be established, and the AMOSSHE chair, Simon Wright, is a member of the judging panel .
