The Executive
AMOSSHE is directed by a group of elected officers, with four named roles - Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary together with eight individual members who hold varying responsiblities which include Professional Development, Research, the Journal and other 'without portfolio' roles. The current Executive benefits from a member from the Welsh AMOSSHE region and a member from the Scottish AMOSSHE region; as a result these individuals represent both Welsh and Scottish matters on the Executive.
The Executive are elected through ballot with each member institution able to cast one vote for each vacancy. No member may serve more than eight years. Elected Executive members have to agree to act within the Code of Conduct for AMOSSHE elected offcers (click here to dowload the Code).
