Students and teacher in a classroomStudent Assistance Programme

Endsleigh’s Student Assistance Programme (SAP) provides access to counselling, and mental health support 24/7, 365 days a year. It is the only SAP to be provided by a BACP accredited organisation demonstrating commitment to providing safe, ethical, and professional counselling services. We currently provide support for over half a million students.

Our SAP is designed to integrate with your existing wellbeing service and includes:

  • Bespoke student data sharing and disclosure protocols to complement your safeguarding processes
  • Staff training to support service integration
  • Interpretation services in over 240 languages to ensure fair access for international students

As well as support for mental health issues such as anxiety, low mood and depression, our counsellors and advisors can also provide practical information on finance, legal and medical issues.
