AMOSSHE member Pete Quinn (Pete Quinn Consulting) has put together a short webinar and resource for Student Services leaders about how you can support your teams remotely, check your team progress, and kick-start important conversations about how best to work together. If this gets done well your team will thrive. Standard management and team practices for office-based work need translating to home-based working. This webinar helps you do just that.

As well as advising on how to set up at home, incorporate routines and avoid some of the pitfalls, Pete also looks closely at individuals’ well-being and how teams can thrive in the new environment.

Pete has been working from home for several years. He worked as an associate remotely with no face-to-face contact with colleagues for the first six months, and remotely in Hong Kong for prolonged periods. He shares some of this experience as well as well-being best practice and evidenced initiatives that have been underway in China / Hong Kong for most of this year.
