This session explores a partnership approach that actively involves students and postgraduate researchers with lived experience to inform and improve a whole-institutional approach to preventing and addressing harassment and misconduct. Grounded in trauma informed and co-creation principles, the session outlines how student feedback and insights are used to shape support pathways, policies and processes, educative opportunities and much more.
By embedding partnership working into a sensitive area of institutional practice, the session will explore how we can drive systemic improvement, strengthen accountability, and promote a more compassionate, survivor-centred approach.
