Creating meaningful and engaging training on harassment and sexual misconduct is essential for compliance with the Office for Students Condition E6 requirements— but how can institutions ensure effective implementation and student engagement?
In this session, we’ll explore Epigeum’s collaborative development model, which brings together students, experts, institutions, and practitioners to create impactful online training. Drawing on insights from Epigeum’s Tackling Harassment and Sexual Misconduct (THSM) programme, we’ll discuss how institutions can work together to strengthen training initiatives and embed a culture of support.
Through real-world examples and discussing the importance of involving students and staff in the creation and implementation of training, we’ll identify common barriers to student engagement and discuss innovative strategies to overcome them.
Join us to discover how a collaborative approach can enhance both compliance and the learning experience, ensuring institutions not only meet regulatory requirements but also create safer, more supportive environments.
