AMOSSHE is taking an exciting step forward with the development of a new Professional Mentoring Programme for our community. Work is now underway to design a pilot launching next academic year and this workshop is your chance to be part of shaping it.
Join us to explore the emerging vision, hear about early plans, and help influence how this programme develops. We are especially keen to hear from colleagues with experience as mentors or mentees. Also if mentoring is completely new to you, your perspective is just as valuable. What would make a mentoring scheme meaningful, accessible, and impactful for you?
Open to colleagues at all stages of their careers, this session is about co-creation. Your insights will directly inform the design of a programme designed by and for Student Services professionals. Come and help us create a programme that strengthens our community, supports professional growth, and makes a lasting difference.
