AMOSSHE mentoring workshop: shaping our pilot together

AMOSSHE is taking an exciting step forward by developing a new professional mentoring programme for its community of professionals. Work is underway to design a pilot to launch in the 2026/27 academic year, and this workshop is your chance to help shape it.

Join us to discuss the programme's direction, hear about the early plans, and help shape its development. We're keen to hear from colleagues with experience as mentors and/or mentees. Also, if mentoring is completely new to you, your perspective is just as valuable. For example, we’d love to know what would make the mentoring scheme meaningful, accessible, and impactful for you.

Open to colleagues at all career stages, this session is about co-creation. Your insights will inform the design of a programme by and for Student Services professionals. We want you to help us create a programme that strengthens our community, supports professional growth, and makes a lasting difference.
