Presentation

In an increasingly competitive higher education landscape, student experience can no longer be the sole responsibility of a single department. This session designed by the Royal College of Art, explores the power of cross-departmental collaboration as the primary driver for institutional success.

We'll explore how breaking down administrative silos creates an improved experience that resonates with students from application to alumni. Through strategic culture change and cross-departmental collaboration, we can significantly address two key issues facing the sector: offer conversion and student satisfaction.

This unified approach ensures that every applicant, offer-holder, and student feels heard and valued, directly increasing offer conversion and long-term student satisfaction.

This session will also address the importance of using real-time student insight from robust data analysis to develop services, ensuring the institution becomes responsive rather than reactive.
