The University of York shares their toolkit to recognise, coordinate and take action on complex student cases where there’s a risk of harm (to themselves, to other students, to colleagues).
Specifically focusing on how this is done cross-institutionally and out of hours, this session explores how the University of York team work in tandem with on-call colleagues, training, ‘fitness to study’ procedures and through regular meetings, guidance and procedures to reduce the risk of harm in the university community.
You’re invited to share your practice and identify some of the common themes and challenges that are faced in this work, and you can contribute to shared drives of good practice with short presentations.
