Based on comprehensive survey data from over 1,100 disabled and neurodiverse students, this report provides a crucial reality check on the HE landscape, revealing how high-quality Non-Medical Help (NMH) and 1:1 mental health support support acts as essential infrastructure for student retention and wellbeing.
