Presentation
This session outlines the University of Law’s experience in developing and implementing a casework management system. Keith Houghton will address the process, including clarifying the outcomes the system needed to deliver, reviewing existing tools and processes, and conducting a gap analysis. He'll also explore the creation of a system specification, reflect on the implementation phase, including the successes and missteps, and demonstrate how system outputs have been used to inform ongoing service development, alongside considerations for future improvements.
The session offers a broad, practical framework that delegates will be able to apply when exploring or reviewing their own systems.
