On Friday 13 February 2026 we're hosting a full day in-person AMOSSHE Winter Conference 2026: the Student Services effect at Manchester Deansgate Hotel in Manchester. This year, we are delighted to be hosting the Winter Conference in partnership with our European colleagues, EucA (European university college Association) and we look forward to EucA members joining us in Manchester to learn more about the UK higher education sector.

This is one of AMOSSHE’s prestige professional development events, attracting around 160 paying delegates, including Heads and Directors of Student Services, as well as some practitioners in student-facing roles. The conference features a full programme of consecutive sessions built around the theme 'communities and collaboration'.

The sessions feature keynote speakers, member case studies, interactive workshops and networking opportunities.

Winter Conference 2026 event sponsor

We have multiple sponsor spaces available. The sponsorship package includes the following:

  • One residential delegate place to attend the full event. This includes overnight accommodation at the conference venue the night before the event (Thursday 12 February 2026), with breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Friday 13 February 2026. As a delegate you can attend all the conference sessions.
  • Attendance at the delegate networking reception on Thursday 12 February 2026 in Manchester.
  • One physical exhibition stand (six-foot area in the exhibition space with a table, chairs and power) for the duration of the event. This area hosts all refreshment breaks including lunch throughout the day and provides opportunities for you to interact with delegates in person.
  • Your logo on the event page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL.
  • We'll promote and engage you as a sponsor of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
  • Your logo with a link to your organisation’s URL in the:
    • Delegate information email sent in advance of the event to all attendees.
    • Feedback and resources emails sent to all attendees after the event.
  • A list of all booked delegates (including their names, job titles, organisations and email addresses) one week in advance of the conference. This list only includes delegates who choose to share their data with you.
  • Your logo in the event welcome and introduction presentation, plus thanks for your support as an official sponsor in speeches delivered by the AMOSSHE Executive team.

We have one sponsor space available for the networking reception.

As the exclusive sponsor of the networking reception, your organisation benefits from the full sponsorship package benefits as detailed above plus:

  • A two-minute speech to delegates, presented by you, at the main conference opening plenary on Friday 13 February 2026 in Manchester.
  • You’re welcome to display your banners and promotional materials in the networking space.
  • We'll promote and engage you as a sponsor of the event on our social media platform (LinkedIn).
