How can I get involved?
You can contribute to the work of AMOSSHE in two main ways:
Event sponsorship
You can choose to focus your engagement with AMOSSHE members by sponsoring our AMOSSHE events and conferences. The one day AMOSSHE Winter Conference takes place in February, attracting around 150 Student Services professionals as delegates. The three day AMOSSHE National Conference takes place in July, attracting over 300 Student Services leaders as delegates every year. In addition, AMOSSHE hosts between six and eight single day professional development events, which explore a variety of hot topics for Student Services. Find out more:

CPD event sponsorship opportunities
You can promote your organisation to AMOSSHE members throughout the year at our single day continuing professional development (CPD) events:
- One flyer insert in all delegate packs at one CPD event (flyer supplied by promoting company) - £300 +VAT
- Approved promotional merchandise (for example books, USB drives) at one CPD event - £150 +VAT plus the cost of the merchandise (if not supplied)
- Flyer inserts for four CPD events of your choice - £900 +VAT
- Approved promotional merchandise for four CPD events of your choice - £450 +VAT
- Flyer inserts for three CPD events of your choice - £600 +VAT
- Approved promotional merchandise for three CPD events of your choice - £300 +VAT
Winter Conference sponsorship package
£999 +VAT (SOLD OUT)
The AMOSSHE Winter Conference has the theme 'Data-driven, technology-enabled services for students'. The event takes place on 8 February 2019 in Cardiff. When you purchase the sponsorship package for this conference, your organisation benefits from the following:
- Your logo on the Winter Conference page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL.
- One exhibition stand in the central exhibition area for the duration of the day.
- One delegate place at the AMOSSHE Winter Conference, including lunch.
- Your logo in the Winter Conference brochure.
- Your organisation’s flyer insert in every delegate pack.
- Thanks for your support in speeches delivered by the AMOSSHE Executive team.
Sponsor AMOSSHE for the year to get a discount on this package!
If you purchase the annual promotion package you get discounts on the cost of the Winter Conference sponsorship package:
- 15% off when you purchase the Winter Conference sponsorship package only (£850 +VAT)
- 20% off when you purchase both the Winter Conference and National Conference sponsorship packages together (£799 +VAT)
Please note that additional stall exhibitors are not included in the discount offer.

Whether you purchase the Winter Conference sponsorship package or not, you can promote your organisation at the conference with these sponsorship opportunities:
- One half page advert in the Winter Conference printed brochure - £150 +VAT (SOLD OUT)
- Approved promotional merchandise (for example books, USB drives) in all delegate packs - £150 +VAT plus the cost of the merchandise (if not supplied)
- One flyer insert in all delegate packs (flyer supplied by promoting company) - £300 +VAT
National Conference sponsorship package
£2,500 +VAT (SOLD OUT)
The AMOSSHE National Conference takes place from 3 to 5 July 2019 in Birmingham. When you purchase the sponsorship package for this conference, your organisation benefits from the following:- Your logo on the AMOSSHE National Conference page of the AMOSSHE website, with a link to your organisation’s URL.
- One exhibition stand in the conference exhibition area for the duration of the conference. You can choose the position of your stand, with priority choice given to supporters who book early.
- One stall exhibitor on each day of the conference (lunch provided each day).
- The opportunity to give a showcase presentation about your organisation to conference delegates.
- Your logo and organisation URL in the National Conference printed brochure.
- 50 word statement about your organisation in the National Conference printed brochure.
- One flyer insert in all delegate packs (flyer supplied by promoting company).
- Thanks for your support in speeches delivered by the AMOSSHE Executive team.
- Your organisation’s logo, with a link to your URL included in AMOSSHE’s summer bulletin, sent to all our members.

- 15% off when you purchase the National Conference sponsorship package only (£2,125 +VAT)
- 20% off when you purchase both the Winter Conference and National Conference sponsorship packages together (£2,000 +VAT)
Enhance the National Conference sponsorship package
When you purchase the National Conference package you can enhance it by adding these additional sponsorship features:
- One residential delegate place at the conference, including accommodation at the conference venue, all meals and places at both evening events - £850
- Upgrade your stall exhibitor to a residential delegate (including accommodation at the conference venue, all meals and places at both evening events) - £674
- Upgrade your stall exhibitor to a three-day non-residential delegate (including all meals and access to delegate sessions) - £325
- Extra stall exhibitors for the duration of the conference (including lunch for each exhibitor) - £350
- One place at the networking event on the first night of the conference (for non-residential delegate attendees) - £55
- One place at the Gala Dinner networking event on the last night of the conference (for non-residential delegate attendees) - £60
There's no VAT to pay on these enhancements. Please note that these additional enhancements are not included in the discount offer.

Whether you purchase the National Conference sponsorship package or not, you can promote your organisation at the conference with these sponsorship opportunities:
- One half page advert in the National Conference printed brochure - £300 +VAT (Three opportunities available)
- Approved promotional merchandise (for example delegate gifts) in all delegate packs - £150 +VAT plus the cost of the merchandise (if not supplied)
- Your logo on each delegate’s personalised conference agenda lanyard - £70 +VAT (six opportunities available)
- One flyer insert in all delegate packs (flyer supplied by promoting company) - £300 +VAT
- Table favours for all delegates at the Gala Dinner, featuring your branding or message (one opportunity available). The cost depends on the table favour you choose - £300 +VAT for a simple favour (for example a branded fortune cookie) - £600 +VAT for a premium favour (for example an organza bag of sweets with a customised label) - £1,300 +VAT for a luxury favour (for example a box of chocolates with a customised label)
Annual promotion package

As an annual promotion package sponsor of AMOSSHE, your organisation benefits from the following:
- Your own sponsor page on the AMOSSHE website, on which you can outline the aims and directions of your organisation.
- Your logo on the home page of the AMOSSHE website.
- Flyer inserts in all delegate packs at four AMOSSHE continuing professional development events and two conferences in 2019 (flyer supplied by promoting company).
- Quarterly emails to AMOSSHE members (sent on your behalf by AMOSSHE).
- Your logo on all quarterly AMOSSHE bulletins with a link to your organisation or designated website.
- An editorial section about your organisation's work in the AMOSSHE summer bulletin, which is a roundup of AMOSSHE's work throughout the academic year.
