Advance HE is a member-led charity that works to improve higher education for staff, students and society, with a particular focus on teaching and learning, governance, leadership development and equality, diversity and inclusion.
Advance HE’s leadership resources include:
- Overviews and perspectives about UK and global higher education, including culture, governance, finances and organisational structures.
- Resources and frameworks for leading in higher education and developing as a leader, including supporting your teams and succession management.
- Resources and guidance to help you ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion are central to your work.
- Resources focused on Student Services-related topics, such as Prevent.
Advance HE can also help you develop through accreditation and professional development programmes. For example, leadership programmes for women leaders, Black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders, and transitioning to leadership.
