We are delighted to share that The Zen Project will be joining us throughout the conference. Find out more about them below:
The Zen Project is a social enterprise with expertise in creating supportive immersive student wellness experiences in the UK. We believe wellbeing doesn't have to be serious to be effective. In high-pressure academic environments, our experiences are designed to create accessible moments of calm that help students and staff reduce stress, restore focus, and support their overall wellbeing.
With one in four university students reporting that they feel lonely "most" or "all" of the time (HEPI/Advance HE Student Academic Experience Survey, 2023), creating opportunities for connection has never been more important. Our Zen Sessions provide safe, welcoming spaces where participants can pause, recharge, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
Join us during the conference breaks for a series of bite-sized Zen Sessions (e.g. breathwork, meditation and sound bath), designed to help you reset, recharge, and return to the next session feeling refreshed and focused.
You can also visit our interactive Aromatherapy Bar, where you'll create your own bespoke aromatherapy spray blend tailored to support Calm, Focus, or Energy, and take a little bit of zen home with you.
Take a moment to pause, breathe, connect, and experience the power of micro-moments of wellbeing.
