You can choose to attend the conference as a residential or non-residential delegate:

Residential

Residential places include accommodation at the conference venue, with breakfast.  Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day of the conference on Friday 13 February 2026.

Here are the delegate prices for residential places for a two-night stay at the conference venue. This is to check in on Wednesday 11 February and check out on Friday 13 February:

  • AMOSSHE named member - £629 (log in to access this rate)
  • EucA members (colleagues who are active members of the European university college Association) - £629
  • Non-members (other employees of an AMOSSHE member organisation who are not named members, individuals, not-for-profit organisations, higher education providers not associated with AMOSSHE) - £689
  • Corporate (non-member corporate, for-profit organisations) - £739

Here are the delegate prices for residential places for a one-night stay at the conference venue. This is to check in on Thursday 12 February and check out on Friday 13 February:

  • AMOSSHE named member - £444 (log in to access this rate)
  • EucA members (colleagues who are active members of the European university college Association) - £444
  • Non-members (other employees of an AMOSSHE member organisation who are not named members, individuals, not-for-profit organisations, higher education providers not associated with AMOSSHE) - £504
  • Corporate (non-member corporate, for-profit organisations) - £554

Booking for residential places closes on Monday 26 January 2026. 

Non-residential

Non-residential day places include lunch and refreshments on Friday 13 February 2026 only. If you choose not to book a residential place, AMOSSHE can't arrange accommodation for you.

  • EucA members (colleagues who are active members of the European university college Association) - £259

All delegates are welcome to attend our complimentary networking reception on Thursday 12 February 2026.

You don’t need to pay VAT for AMOSSHE events. Before you book to attend, please read our revised booking terms and conditions.

You can pay:

  • Online by credit or debit card, or
  • By invoice to pay by bank transfer or cheque.

If you choose to pay online but then decide to pay by a different method, please email [email protected] for help. AMOSSHE will make every effort to ensure that you are charged the correct booking rate. However, please note that the onus is on you to provide the correct information and choose the correct rate applicable to you.
