AMOSSHE National Conference 2026
Join us to hear how Student Services leaders continue to excel in supporting students in higher education.
This year, the conference takes place from Wednesday 1 to Friday 3 July 2026 at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead in Gateshead, UK.
AMOSSHE The Student Services Organisation’s National Conference is the UK’s foremost opportunity for Student Services leaders to share expertise and good practice, develop strategy and skills, and build professional networks. The conference brings together a wealth of experience and expertise, which makes it the ideal forum to explore key themes for Student Services in higher education.
Leading a workshop or presenting your work at our conference is a good way to explore new ideas, get feedback on gains and challenges in your work, develop your professional confidence and network, and start new discussions.
For Student Services professionals, being part of the AMOSSHE National Conference programme is a recognised professional development opportunity. You can raise your personal profile, draw attention to your work, benefit from peer perspectives, and develop new networks of colleagues with similar interests and areas of expertise.
We welcome session proposals from the UK and around the world, including from:

We don’t accept proposals from corporate organisations, including those partnering with higher education providers. If you want to introduce or promote products and services to delegates, you can take part in the conference as a sponsor.
Please submit your proposal by 17:00 on Friday 20 February 2026.
This year, we've introduced an early bird ticket option for non-member residential places. You can now book our conference, and with the purchase of one of those tickets, you could save up to £100. We recommend booking early, as early bird places are limited and only available for a short time. Once sold out, regular pricing will apply.
