Stuart Gray is a Student Wellbeing and Peer Development Officer in Swansea University with 10 years’ experience in Student Services in safeguarding, welfare, and international roles.
Stuart’s current role is to develop strategic wellbeing initiatives that are led by students. Working closely with academics in the Sustainable Wellbeing Research Group in the School of Psychology, Stuart is currently developing a wellbeing curriculum to teach all first-year undergraduates in their academic timetable and a student-led and AI model of peer connection, that is modelled on local area coordination and social prescribing.

Dr Rachel Spacey is the Head of Research and Engagement at UMHAN (University Mental Health Advisers Network), joining the charity in 2023. With over 20 years of experience as a researcher in higher education and the charity sector, Rachel is passionate about conducting and communicating evidence-based research on student mental health and widening participation.
Drawing on her own experience of seeking help for mental health difficulties as an undergraduate, Rachel is a passionate advocate. She believes that students with mental health conditions should be fully supported and champions a wider, open conversation about both student and staff wellbeing.

Dr Janna Wood is a Senior Lecturer and the Strategic Lead for Employability at the Huddersfield Business School. She is representing the Lightcast project team (of Data Analysts, lectures and careers staff) from the University of Huddersfield who have been working with Lightcast for five years embedding and developing the use of Labour Market big data across the institution. The project team are responsible for creating and developing Graduate Career Explorer (GCE). Janna has been influential in supporting academics to use the tool in their teaching, student support and assessment.
