Raegan Hiles, Policy and Public Affairs Manager

Raegan joined AMOSSHE in 2009 to maximise our role in contributing to and informing discussions and actions about student services in higher education.  She promotes the views of our members, as leaders and professionals in student services, ensuring that they are heard and impact on national policy agendas.  Raegan leads AMOSSHE projects that explore good practice in student services provision and ways that we can best contribute to the sector.  In particular, she manages the value and impact project that will generate a toolkit for student services managers to better understand and demonstrate the contribution their services make to the student experience and their institutions.

Raegan joined AMOSSHE from a policy advisor role at the Higher Education Funding Council for England.  She was a member of the RAE2008 central management team, working directly with sector bodies and university staff across the UK.  Prior to this she worked at the University of Wales.
