Value & Impact Onsite is a tailored continuing professional development (CPD) package for higher education providers looking to implement AMOSSHE’s Value & Impact management approach. You can get onsite training at your institution for 15 to 50 staff.

Value & Impact is a rich evaluative journey that can improve professional practice across universities, in particular in service delivery teams. It embraces a mixed approach to evaluation, recognising ‘harder’ data that you might want to use in resource planning, and ‘softer’ data reflecting the critically important but sometimes less tangible benefits of services that make key differences to student success.

AMOSSHE designed Value & Impact Onsite specifically to address the challenges of moving to holistic service evaluation that Student Services across the UK have reported. These include addressing staff concerns, skills needs, departmental culture issues, change management, and the opportunity to test and become familiar with the tools and templates from the Value & Impact toolkit in a safe environment. You get: a one day practical masterclass delivered by an experienced facilitator.
