Value & Impact is a rich evaluative journey that can improve professional practice across universities, in particular in service delivery teams. It embraces a mixed approach to evaluation, recognising ‘harder’ data that you might want to use in resource planning, and ‘softer’ data reflecting the critically important but sometimes less tangible benefits of services which make key differences to student success.
