AMOSSHE Winter Conference: thriving under pressure
This in-person conference for Student Services leaders in higher education explores how to deliver high-quality services in response to high demand and high expectations. Student Services are always working under pressure and evolving to respond to new challenges, so how can we best manage and respond to the impact of increasing demand, continue to deliver while managing risk and expectations, and equip our staff to cope?

Programme and speakers
The conference explores a range of themes:

- Managing risk and expectations while delivering services in the face of high demand.
- Supporting and equipping staff to cope and thrive.
The event is led by AMOSSHE Executive Members Claire Slater (University of Bristol) and Sarah Sweeney (Lancaster University).

This conference takes place on Friday 24 February 2023 from 09:30 to 16:30 (GMT) at the Apex City of Bath Hotel, James Street West, Bath BA1 2DA.
An informal pre-conference networking drinks reception takes place from 18:00 to 19:30 on Thursday 23 February 2023.

Here are the delegate prices:
- AMOSSHE named member - £230 (log in to access this rate)
- Non-member (other employees of an AMOSSHE member organisation, individuals, not-for-profit organisations, higher education providers not associated with AMOSSHE) - £290
- Corporate (non-member corporate, for-profit organisations) - £320
