Leadership and influence in Student Services Leadership and influence in Student Services

This professional development event explores leadership and influence in higher education Student Services. Join us to discuss the skills and expertise of Student Services leadership, how these can inform good practice, and how Student Services can influence university and sector partners to develop and enhance the student experience.

This event features case studies of how Student Services leaders have:

  • Led projects and interventions to develop support services and enhance the student experience.
  • Influenced good practice through collaboration, with colleagues across the university and/or working with other sector partners and the wider community.
  • Developed their leadership skills and drawn on their expertise to lead and influence positive change.

The event is led by AMOSSHE Vice Chair (Professional Development) Chris Warrington (University of Leeds) and Executive Member Ian Munton (Aberystwyth University).
