Inclusive supportInclusive support: how to embed accessibility inside and outside of student support and disability services

This professional development webinar, presented in partnership with Randstad Student Support, explores how Student Services teams can work collaboratively to provide a fully inclusive support service, whilst also influencing wider inclusivity to better support students.

This AMOSSHE webinar is presented in partnership with Randstad Student Support

Randstad Student Support

Join us to discuss:

  • Delivering a fully inclusive student support service, with a focus on support for neurodiversity, mental health and physical disabilities.
  • How to support colleagues and departments to implement wider inclusive practice in lectures, seminars and one-to-one meetings.
  • Inclusive recruitment and the part this plays in delivering fully inclusive support.

The webinar is led by the Randstad Student Support team, including Alistair Wright, Randstad’s British Sign Language Interpreting (BSL) Manager, reflecting on his expertise within the sector as a former Disability Service Manager, as well as his own lived experience. Also, Mette Anwar-Westander, CEO of Disabled Students UK provides expertise and insights about mental health and neurodiversity. The webinar includes opportunities for discussion, networking and sharing good practice.
